HISTORY
COOPVAMA, was born on December 28th, 2008, by the union of some coffee farmers producers, on the initiative of the Agroforestry Program led by the Special Project Jaén, San Ignacio, Bagua - PEJSIB.
Since our inception, we have specialized in the production of certified environmentally friendly coffee, incorporating the services of technical assistance, storage, and local marketing, promoting the comprehensive development of our partners in economic, social and environmental terms.
In 2011 we started our export to the United States, and over the years our market expanded to Belgium, Canada, and Germany.
We currently have 275 partners, with an extension of more than 660 hectares of organic, fair trade, and sustainable certified coffee, offering more than 14 thousand coffee groves per year.
MISION
We are a cooperative of organized farmers committed to environmental and financial sustainability that provides coaching services, technical assistance and project management to its partners for the production and marketing of coffee for the domestic and international market.
VISION
By 2026, to be a cooperative recognized nationally and internationally for the leadership of its partners, managers and technical team that allows the capitalization and increase of the production and marketing of special coffee.
